someone from DG fixes a problem for us and contacts us by email? i have had to use the "contact us" on several occasions and always get a prompt reply (thank you!) and the problem is taken care of. i don't send back a thank you since you guys probably get so many messages as it is.

Debi you're welcome. A thank you is always welcome but not necessary. A nice post like this every once in awhile is thanks enough or just a nice note or thanks when you send the report. No reason to answer back on every report we answer, more times than not you would get another email back saying you're welcome. So the cycle continues. :)
