This might change, but the tentative schedule is this:

October 10th I install the new servers in Dallas.

October 11th I will be finishing moving all the data to Dallas from our old servers.

That afternoon I will do the switchover, resulting in a maximum of 1 hour of downtime.

Thanks Dave, advance notice is always very much apprecieated (sp?) - by the way is there any chance of a "spell check" anywhere in the future? Just an Idea from someone who is really spell impaired.

Well, it might not be tomorrow, after all.

In the meantime, expect that it will happen tomorrow, but there's the possibility that it'll be Wed or Thurs.
