Hubby wants to show his stuff off.
Do I need to buy another subscription to get him off my back?
I refuse to show his stuff (it is doing better than mine) !
K
So Dave...
you might want to post this on Dave's own forum. might get answered quicker.

Yes, he'll have to have his own username with subscription if you don't wish to have him use yours :)
We've never really given any thoughts to household subscriptions :)
trish
Trish,
I will set him up his own account.
Most people on the board probably do not a spouse that shares the passion of gardening such as mine.
I would not trade him for anything....No do not twist my arm....He's mine.
Karen
No problem....I'd like to keep the one I have!
Trish
(happily Dave's wife)
Hubby officially has his own account.
Hubby is Playa_Cofi.
Nice to meet you Trish :)
Hey, (lol!) didn't I see a post on the Plant trading forum, that you were trading him away, Karen?
(I didn't read on, since I've one of my own!)
Nan,
Yeah I tried to give him away but there were no takers. Therefore I got him his own account.
I spent part of my early years in Whitewater. Is that near you?
K
No, that's SE, I'm in the 'upper SW'.
Interesting, though....small world, indeed!
The closest I'd have been to Whitewater would be attending a Brewers game!
A lot of people choose to attend college at Whitewater...is that what brought you there?
Yes, my Dad was a Professor there :)
My mom (and Andy Feyen, Nan :-) ) went to college at Whitewater. And high school marching band went to national competions there twice, which was very fun. It's a pretty campus. :-)
~ Marylyn
I was young but Dad was a heavy hitter there.
After leaving there he went to Mankato State in Minn.
He ended up at Cheyney University, an all black college that had some of the finest people working there that were into teaching. My mother was the college Libraian.
Dad was the Chairman of Geography and also Chairman of Afro American Studies.
Mind you my father was Italian, but there was never a bone in his body that wished harm on other people. He did not care what skin color his students had. They were all invited to our house on a daily basis.
I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers and we all were taught by our parents to not look at a skin color but look at the love that is shown inside of a person.
Dad now lives with my sister and sufferes from alsheimer's a horrible thing for any of us to live with.
I have vivid dreams, nightly, about my time is WI and in that dream I watch my mother and father watch me observe the birth of puppies the neighbor had.
I would give the world to have Mom back and I would give the universe to have Dad stay here.
K
Your dad sounds like a wonderful man, Karen.
My grandmother suffered from Alzheimers disease before she passed, so I can certainly relate to your difficulty in dealing with it. Seems impossible that such sharp-minded people can develop this mysterious disease, (My grandmother was a teacher, as well) or anyone, for that matter.
I have a cousin who developed and implemented Alzheimer- specific care facillities around this area.
I, too, would give anything to have my own Dad back....and wish/hope my mother will be around as long as I.
Marylyn! I wonder if there's any chance your mother & Andy ever crossed paths with Karen's father? Wouldn't that be an amazing coincidence?! (another one!)
They could have. Mom was there from 1963-1965 (then she eloped!) When was your father there and what did he teach, Karen?
~ Marylyn
He was there in until 64. He taught Geography.
I'll ask Mom if she took any geography while she was there. She was a math major, but who knows. :-) What is your father's name again?
