Which forum is recommended to bulb trades?

Well, you could post on the Seed trading or the Bulbs forum, I would think. Depends on what you are looking for, too, I guess...

Unless you want seeds in return, I'd post it in plant trading where it's more likely to yield "equitable" trades.
