Email Question Daveeeeeeee

Philadelphia, PA(Zone 6b)

I know how busy you are but I have ?????...
When someone replies to my post on the trading forum, am I supposed to get that post to my email? Today, I noticed 3 new follow-ups for tree seeds but they didn't make it to my email. Is this because the person replying is posting their answer and not clicking on "send Dicenta an email"?
Is there a way where any followup to a post be automatically sent to my email? What is happening is that people are replying and I don't know it until I see my original post somewhere on the list. I don't want people to think I am ignoring them but I was reliant on follow-up posts making to my email and several are not making it.
Can members have the choice of posting their emails with their posts?
Thanks Dave!

WHERE IS THIS FOLLOW THIS THREAD. I CAN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO E MAIL SOME ONE. I CLICK ON THE NAME BUT I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING ABOUT E MAILING THEM OR SENDING AN E MAIL. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE JCF

jcf: In your "menu" box on the upper right hand corner of the page, click "Logout".

The close your browser. Then open it back up and come back to Dave's Garden.

At that point, log in again with your username and password. Try this out and see if it then lets you send E-mail and use other features that seem to be missing for you.

Let me know if it works (or doesn't).

I suspect something is wrong between your browser and my server.

also - your caps lock is stuck in the 'on' position. Turn it off. You sound like you are shouting all the time.

Hi Dave,

I've got Dave's Garden in my Links, and I go straight into the Forums. I don't log in or log out. Is this OK or do I not register on all your counting things?

You register. Your browser logs you in automatically with each page you hit, using something called 'cookies'.

Thanks, Dave. I thought my computer did it for me. I wouldn't delete your cookie!

You could delete the cookie, but you'd just have to manually log in next time. I frequently clear out my own cookies.

I delete my cookies too, especially E.L. Fudges, Oreo's and Chips Ahoy! Frequently....hee, hee, Lisa

And we can't forget the Girl Scout varieties...everybody in my family wants to clear out those cookies! Especially the Samoas and Tagalongs. (And Thin Mints right out of the freezer......ooooh, I may have to go delete some right now!)
