Hoyas all over the place.

Beautiful office. I would spend too much time dinkering around with the plants & not get any work done..ha ha.
Where did you find all your cute little matching pots? They look sort of like the small pots I use, but not quite. They don't look like 5 in. tho...more like 4". Also where did you get those cute little hoops, or did you make them out of something?
Well, I see curtain rods & hangers coming in your future for the tops of those windows. Ha

I don't think work would be half bad is this is how my work space looked. Although, I have brought some hoyas in for customers. I just wouldn't like keeping them on the bar! Ha!

Wonderful thread! Thanks everyone for posting pics of all your beautiful, healthy plants! Enjoyed them all very much--such inspiration (like I need that??). Oh well, it's great fun. Some of you have sooooo many I don't know how you manage them all!

Thanks for the compliments on my office, it's my own little refuge. I bought the 5" pots at Walmart if you can believe it....and the best part is that they cost 89 cents or something amazing like that! If you find a color you like, buy enough of them because they change colors every once in a while. And yes, I do dinker around with the plants a bit, but hey, they're living things and need love and water. The aquarium of freshwater fish supplies some great "fish emulsed" water for my plants every time I clean it! My own form of recycling. LOL

Maria, you are welcome to visit.......it is still hoya weather with temps up in the eighties and high humidity. I do miss the cool weather up in Boston and will be up there for a week soon.
Karen....when I'm in Boston in the summer, the hoyas to better with out me. It rains often here and the humidity is high. I'm the winter I mist them when I remember to. I use a bit of orchid food and vf-11 to mist them.

Kachinagirl.....your office is so neat and your hoyas are loving it. Its amazing how hoyas are so adaptable.

Just got home from the Northern CA Castro Valley RU where I ran amok through Jerodsmom's incredible Hoyas. I made a real pest of myself and finally had to STOP and let others take some home, too. She is a lovely lady, and so kind while I was panting and drooling all over her plants! She had so many I don't have yet that I had a terrible time restraining myself. LOL!

Karen :~D````` (still drooling)
