Options bar at top of threads

I would like to see the bar with these options at the bottom of the threads also.

Sure would be more convenient when in a long thread.

Would this be possible?

What the solution has always been is to click on "Back to the top of this thread" and from there, you can access the bar.

The concern with adding the bar at the bottom is that it'll add new stuff that could get in the way of navigation down there...

Thanks Dave. Sometimes I miss the fine print - have a bit of a sight problem.
