I wish to send our thanks and blessings to all of the families that sent their family members away from home to help with the disaster we have suffered. We had crews here at our house working to put up new utility poles and wire to help in restoring our power. Some were from Dayton Ohio. Oklahoma, Arkansas, St. Louis Mo. and Texas. My husband talked with them and assisted them when possible, and also asked if anyone`s wife, girlfriend, mother, ect was on Dave`s garden. They didn`t know what he was talking about. I just wanted them to relay a message when they called home.
It is unbeleavable how much they have gotten done. We have power now after 16 days just because of their generosity. I know they miss their own families and wish to be back with then.
We appreciate all the help given to everyone and thank God that all we needed was electricity.
Very Grateful

Mary...What a nice letter...and I am sure everyone there was glad to help...I just wish I had been able to help in person...Hugs...Jo
Mary, i am so thankful that you now have electric and that things were not "the worst they could be" for you and your family. it sounds like you consider yourself one of the "lucky ones" and that in itself brings tears to my eyes. i can't even imagine the nightmare in your beautiful state and in your eastern neighbors. please accept my thanks, just for writing such an inspiring letter.

Thank you Jo and Debi, I am sure you and everyone else were a great help because there was a lot of prayers comming from everywhere and they are greatly appreciated.
May God Bless all of you.
Mary
Mary--We really have been praying for everyone in that area. What an awful think to endure, but you reached out to those who reached out to you, and that's really special.
Diane
Thanks Diane,
I appreciate all your concern. It will be a long way back for a lot of people.
Hugs
Mary
