Isn't this something? I got the bird of paradise in March from a plant trade I did with budgielover (thanks, budgie!) and immediately planted it in this pot. Apparently a bird or critter around here carried one of the corn seeds from my veggie garden over and dropped it in the pot with the bird or paradise!!! Quite the odd couple, isn't it??
