Football season is among us. The Redskins first game is this weekend. I will have to listen on the internet since they are not on TV here. But next week they play Monday night football against Dallas. So you know I'll be watching that one.
Plus The Ohio State Buckeyes play the Texas Longhorns tomorrow night so like I said all is right in the world again. I love the fall.

Since Ohio State is playing Texas tomorrow, they will be on tv here!! YAYYYY!!! I'm so excited! My otherwise wonderful DH isn't in to any sports at all (I guess no one is quite perfect) so if a game is on tv at our house it's because I turned them on. He does enjoy watching me when games are on, especially if it is a team I care about and the game is close...

Howie, having lived in the metro DC/Balto area many years, I became a 'Skins fan (even though I don't really like football). Right now anything to take my mind away from the K. nightmare is more than welcome!
My Dad always liked the Skins and we lived in Baltimore for a summer where there are a lot of Skins fans. So I guess that is where I got it from. Coming in second is the Browns, Bengals, and Pakers. Then of course for college ball there is only one and that's my Buckeyes.

Howie, I don't know much about the Redskins, or the Buckeyes, or the Longhorns, but I do know that you look mahvalous, simply mahvalous. Almost didn't recognize you, skinny minny....:) Keep up the good work! :) Kathy

Well OSU lost but the Skins had a good game today. They beat the Bears 9 to 7.
By the "skin" of their teeth :) But then again, a win is a win !!!!

The Redskins won today and are in first place and 3-0 for the first time since there 91 superbowl season. Wooo Hoooo!

The man was listening to the 'Skins in a streaming broadcast online while watching the Cleveland Indians game on TV. Oh, and channel surfing between that and the Cincinnati Bengals football game. Talk about multi-tasking!

That is interesting Dinu. I have noticed that I where a lot more red now that I have lost weight than before. Of course it helps when your favorite teams all have red in there uniforms. I am more confident with myself I know that.
