How DO I thank someone unknown?

Just received email from Dave that someone paid for a year's subscripton to DG for me. I doubt Dave will tell me whom, so I just wonder HOW do I thank the unknown person??

I saw your post about that on the katrina forum (I think). I am very glad someone did this for you as you are such an active and caring member of DG. Congratulations. (Also, no, it wasn't me - wish I had thought of it). Anyway, I guess you are sending out your thanks with this!

Thanks, Molly. Last year someone (or 2 someones) put me up to 2007, and now someone put me up to 2008. I hope to live that long, LOL.

But seriously, I just wish there was a way to know WHO was so generous.

darius - sometimes it is more blessed to recieve than to give. You have given so much - let someone else have a turn. Just thank God and "someone". It is small payment for all that you give everyone of us.

I'm stealing a few minutes of "online time" to let you and everyone else know that Paul and I are doing fine and all efforts and prayers should be directed toward those who need it so much more.

Hopefully, someday, I will have regular "online" again!

No one will tell you unless the person(s) that did it want to tell you. :) Guess what? They won't! LOL I think it is really super that we can do that for one another. I just happened to notice mine is paid until 2006 and I have no idea how! I guess you should just keep doing what you are doing. Someone appreciates you.

I'm so glad the garden angels were watching out for you. The garden angels fund has paid mine too for about 3 years now. Hope to someday be able to put money into the fund myself.

I'm new here so it wasn't me. Though I recognize your name, I don't know what you did to deserve it, though from the responses it's obvious that you did something. But, I'd say the best way to say thank you, is what you've already put on here, and to help others as they need it in the ways that earned the honor, and if you want to do something more specific, buy someone who needs it a subscription with the unknown person in mind.

Darius deserves it just because she's Darius. If you ever get a chance to meet her, you'd understand. Plus, she's a VERY active and important member here - so you're going to see her posts a lot. And you'll get to know her that way.
