Have you ever contacted your AD to try to find out your import rules?
I did, called up to ask if I needed helthcertificate if I took in seed or plant that wasnt on the import banlist or controlled by regulations when imported. Seeds from privat persons thats not listed is totally ok to take in :0) so far so god. Then I asked if it was ok to take in cutting rooted or not thats never been in soil. And that was not listed
THEN i get the most idiotic answere:
I dont know! Those are for planting!!!!!
What did she think I would do with the seed? paint the walls?

Here's a link to the USPS pages...about half way down the page is an alphabetical list of all contries and their restrictions. Hope it helps. :-)

Thanks for your effort but that was not what i ment. I have the complet list and the CITES-list sent to me.
Her work! what she is being paid for is, if someone (me) calls to ask, is it ok to take in this rooted proliferations of daylily for ex thats never touched soil without healthcert. should I regard it under the regulation for seed or what.
I know if i take in ANY pot with a plant I need a certificate. on list or not.
Seeds, not on the list dont need certificate
We only have two people in the whole country that works with this issues, and for her not knowing. that is a disgrace.
