picture size?

What is the approximate size that a picture should be to come out 'full size'? I posted some pics
that are all between 22-23 mb - they are very small in the post.

Thanks for the info - Im a newbie here.

If you set your pic size according to pixels the best size would be 640 X 480....that gives you a quick download and also makes a pic that is not so big that folks won't have to scroll to view all of it.

There are some posted ( but mostly small before I learnt how to size them correctly) under Pets (the furbabies in my house) and Canadian Gardening (newbie in the west)

Okay, thanks! Will check 'em out.

By the way, I probably should've mentioned that I keep my camera settings to size pics at "BEST" (which is 1600 X something-or-other, maybe 1200?). This way you can reduce them with your computer down to 640 X 480 and they retain good image.

From what I understand, if you set your camera pic settings too small and ever take a picture that you want to enlarge to 1600 or so then you will lose the clarity (of the enlargement).
