Need to Add a Link to GWD

I found a link for 'D.V. Burrell Seed Growers Company', http://davesgarden.com/gwd/c/659/. The link for their site is http://www.joescherpa.com/index.html , but I didn't see a way to add it without entering my own rating and I haven't dealt with them before.

If you go to Garden Watchdog http://davesgarden.com/gwd/ and scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a button to "Add a new company to the list." Then you'll be asked to fill out all the pertinant info. like URL, address, etc.

That doesn't automatically add a new page, or is the information added by the DG staff?

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us" and post your message for Terry, and she'll be able to update this information.

(Of course, that's not needed this time, since she'll certainly see this thread, but next time that's the best way to do it)

Thanks a bunch - it's nice to see a link to Burrell's site again - they've been kind of "spotty" with their website and email address appearing and disappearing over the years.

In general, anytime you know a GWD company has closed, moved, or changed web addresses, email, etc. - any changes to their contact information or status - the "Contact Us" link is the best/fastest way to let me know so I can make the change to their entry.

Last year, Dave added two new symbols I can add to a listing: a blue question mark and a "closed" sign. As the GWD ages, it's become important to be able to communicate to readers when a company's status is questionable OR when we know for a fact they've closed - it saves the vendor and returning or new customers a lot of aggravation when we can retain the entry in the GWD, but let everyone know it's no longer in business.

Will do. I'm going through Kent Whealy's "Garden Seed Inventory" and will probably stumble across a few more entries to update. Thanks for the help.
