Do you mean leaving feedback for a member you've traded with, or the Watchdog? (I don't know if there have been any technical glitches with the trading feedback - none reported that I'm aware of - but I'm pretty sure the GWD is working properly, judging by the feedback that's been left over the past several days.

I just noticed this yesterday too. Click on Judy's user name and look at the feedback she's left. Instead of seeing the good/neutral/bad markers, you just see blank boxes also at the bottom of the page you see boxes with the red X's in them.
