heheh...just noticed the snail vine (or so it looks like that to me). Sure took me off-guard but made me smile!! :>)

I thought it was a snail vine too, but it's the other cara thingy.

I shoulda knowed better, the snail vines in my yard did their flowering all winter and into spring, just vining now.

I keep looking but all I see is ... fungi floating in a deep stream so maybe I better go to bed now.

To confess fully, I also looked for a thread on the subject of the banner, but didn't see one before I opened this one.

Snail vines that look like fungi, disappearing threads .... yes, I definitely need sleep.
