why can I not get on chat room, never had a problem before and help does not help either

Have you changed any security settings on your computer, or perhaps changed from one browser to another? (I have problems getting into chat with Firefox, but IE will let me in just fine.)

Have not done any change! What is IE?

Maria, what browser are you using? You might need to download Java again and re-install it.

using IE, have no idea what java is, Blooms has the same problem lol neither of us are to familiar with most stuff about computers one should know

Java is the programming that makes Chat work.

This site will let you download it again to your computer.

I tried Darius, but it tells me I can't have it for the reason it is not properly installed.. ..what ever that means

aria right at the top of the screen there will be a bar that says you need an activex control first and a click point to install it - once you have that the rest should follow.

Thanks, Okus and Darius, I now have Java LOL, now I have to wait and see if I can go on chat Tuesday, do not understand why I have to do this since it was fine the way it was.
