I've lost the Dianthus Banner in Firefox :(

After running a file cleaner on my system (to remove excess cookies, temp files, etc.), I started up Firefox and discovered that the main DG logo and banner were missing. I do get the DG logo and unique banner for those Forums which have them, like in California Gardening and Brugmansias. When I returned Home, however, the logo and banner were again white/blank. Oh, and I can still return Home by clicking anywhere on the banner, so the hyperlink was unaffected.

I did not have the problem when I fired up IE. Supposedly, the file cleaner took care of both browsers.

Got any ideas for me to try? I really like Dianthus. :)

P.S. I played around a bit, and think it has to do with a double slash in the source line. Looks like Firefox doesn't like that. ;)

The double slash shouldn't be a problem at all; I'm not sure why you were having that problem.

I wonder if it would have fixed it to hold down the shift key while refreshing. Maybe if it happens again you can try that.

It was just weird because when I played with that double-slash link in IE, it showed the banner. When I tried to do the same in Firefox (at that moment in time), it tried to load the image using only the part of the link following the double slashes.

Thanks for responding despite that you knew it was no longer a problem for me. :)
