Too bad Harry isn't in bloom. I'd love to see a Harry with a blooming pattern like Harlot's.

LOL well............I did think ahead actually, I have a plant light setup with benches up here in my puter room, anything that I think needs the light, etc. will go here, all others will go into the new basement :)
YES they are ALL planted in ground (38 from cuttings, well a few from seed) and they will all either be cut back and I will start anew with those cuttings, or the really good ones that I really like and ones with pods (if I get any) will be potted and go under the light.
Mary I keep looking at my dirty Harry out in the compost. Maybe wishful thinking but I believe it's about to Y. Hope so anyway.
Laurrie - So you'll dig the entire plant up if it has pod(s)? I've got lights set up but trying to maneuver the whole plant inside would probably end up breaking branches off... and of course the ones that would get broken would have the pods on them.
LOL yes, last year I brought my one unknown yellow at the time in, only HUGE one I had, it was big, but didn't realize just how big until hubby and I tried to lift and lug into livingroom, it surpassed the door, it was a mess, BUT it finally came in, we smelt (smelled hmmmmm my grammer haint very good LOL) it smelled so good after those remaining buds opened, finally we drug into the laundry room where it was to stay overwinter, we later lost all power for 8 days end of Dec. '04, needless to say it froze, and 6 days later we left on account of the flood, that is when I lost the remaining 30 some that were potted, rooting, and what a mess to come home to in April!!!!! That won't happen again (praying hard here)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think positive thoughts!
That is just a terrible period you had to go through. How's your brug stock now? I guess I just have newbie plants but if you need something to round out your stable, let me know. Maybe I have something else you're still looking to replace. (NO - no double pinks or Miner's claim)

LOL oh yes, hee haw!!! it's been awhile since I seen it though, when we were little we didn't yet have a tv, but granny did, we would go over to her house to watch it, I loved it LOL
We struggled at first after the flood, sooo much to do, we had to prioritize! First was CLEANING< everything was moldy and just stunk in here, after the cleaning was done, we moved back in and started unloading the 8 million big black trash bags from the upstairs bedrooms (our wonderful neighbors would boat in on days we couldn't get out here to check on things, they lovingly packed everything up on main floor they could find into huge black trashbags, let's just say it took months to find our things LOLOL) we finally got most of those gone thru, then we started with re-organizing, and after all the work was done to the house (new main electric box, furnace, water lines, etc.) we started to replace the flooring and all the wallpaper that was hanging on from the condensation, ripped that out, and did wallpapering, whew, never do I want to do so much so fast again! We were truly blessed, most things the flood insurance paid for, the outside is taking the longest to get set straight. It was no fun dragging 3 million potted plants outside for the trash heap, knowing how pretty they were just months before. But with all the wonderful people on DG, I have a nice fresh start on the brugs and my seeds I had in fridge in basement, I took them when I left!!!!!!!!!!!! so had those to start over with. So thank you for thinking of me but I think I have enough on my plate, I will beg and trade for the ones I think I must have :)
Good Mornin All! Babysitting today so I won't be on much :-(
Have a wonderful day today!
