Hi, I'm new you can add me in :

OneAnjL : Annmarie AKA 'AnjL'

I am new to DG, and relatively new to gardening. Prior to DG, I just bought things I thought looked pretty, crossed my fingers and hoped that they survived. I have no idea what most of my plants are (the ones that did survive) and have been taking pictures and posting on plant ID since I logged onto this site! LOL.

I am now learning that there are a whole mass of other plants out there... like Brugs, that I am learning about now :o) I cant wait to see all these new plants growing in my new garden :o)

I would like to be added to the list, please. I was given my first 3 brugs from cuttings of a local friend. She gave them to me last summer and at Christmas time on the front porch they bloomed (I had poly wrapped around the front porch)
I am Gail.

PS......I went out on the porch on Dec. 10th and found them blooming. Now I am hooked. I did copy a list people made of brugs hardy enough for Texas heat.

gessie... do they bloom the first year that you grow them?

They did for me. My friend cut 3 pieces off of her brugs and gave to me. I just stuck them in their own pots, water, fertilized and waited. On Dec. 10th on my front porch I saw those blooms! I know nothing about them except that they love a lot of water and fertilizer.
