Have searched H D, Lowes, a few independent nurseries, and even Wally World. No can find. Anyone know a website or somewhere I may be able to order this from?
Thnx JIM
Liquid Hormone Rooting stimulator
For some strange reason our Lowe's carries it and places it where the houseplant type fertilizers are???
It's usually hidden on a bottom shelf or top shelf..
They carry a Greennlight brand in gallon containers.
Maybe you can find it there?
Good lcuk.

Had same problem here. Finally found it at Lowes, like MsC said - hidden near the houseplants. They had GreenLight Rooting Hormone, 2 oz size for about $4. ~ Suzi ♥
Jim, if you don't find it let me know. I know where I can get the product I use called Dip n'Grow. Joann
Jim, have you ever ordered from Lee Valley Tools? They have a gel rooting hormone that I have had great success with. This is their page in the Garden Watchdog

Hey Thanx everyone. I went back to several different Lowes and Home Depots. All anyone had was the rooting hormone powder. Also had root stimulator which isnt for rooting cuttings. What I was looking for is the liquid hormone...I think I read about it in one of the rose propagation articles that was mentioned in one of the posts. I went to the web site that handles the gel, but I would rather be more in control...I like experimenting so the liquid is the most convenient way for me. Wulllllllllllllllllp, if anyone has more input I sure could use it. Til then will keep on truckin'
JIM
A side note. Went to Dip n' Gro website and ordered 16oz. Next went to DiTec and applied for a 2nd mortgage. LOL

Read somewhere that the liquid loses its viability sooner than the powder. Also read there are dif strengths too... ~ Suzi ♥
Yeah it has a 10 hour window when mixed with water. Comes in humongusly large expensive sizes as well as 2 oz packs and a 16 oz bottle which is what I ordered. It didn't specify any choice of strengths so have to assume its what I need. Altho, I am often made aware of what "assume" does to a person. hee haw
The liquid can be stored in the refrigerator after opening and they lengthen its longevity. You can vary the strength of dip n' grow depending on water to hormone ratio. Hormodin is the commercial powder used and it comes in three different strengths as I recall from the propogation class I took. Good Luck, Jim.
