I'm not really sure where to post this so I'll just plop it here. In the early part of the year an eBay plant seller defrauded several of their customers. Payments were made in good faith and the product was never delivered. No explanations were given and most were left angry and frustrated. Due to a really great lady who was one of the victims official complaints were made and the local police in Idaho became involved. The officer in charge Gina Turner is still taking witness statements and all will be turned over to a local prosecutor. The address for Officer Turner is

dmac085, if you have the address for Officer Turner, and a place where I can verify this info (it's not a matter of trust - just a matter of covering our legal backside, as libel is a serious offense) I can post this as an editor's comment to their entry in the Watchdog, with a "closed" sign. I sure hate to see this happen to anyone, but I hate worse to know that many people were ripped off by this vendor, and hopefully a post there will alert others before they send any more money.

Hey, did you read some of her feedback, she's been in a serious accident, by the looks of some of the posts, can you imagine, being in an accident, and not being able to communicate with l00's of folks who know their waiting for their plants? she'sno longer a registered user on ebay I see. It's ashame, I'm sure she'll make good on things when she's better.
