Report an error in PF

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

Today I reported an error, then discovered that it may not be an error at all. I couldn't let the PF editors know why I thought that, or explain myself further without sending another error message.

Would it be possible to have the error messages we send added to our DG email list, or something similar, so we can communicate after the initial report, rather than creating more work/confusion for the editors trying to figure out what we mean?
