Address exchange?

Ive seen several posts about there being an address exchange, but I can't find it to add mine. I am a subscriber, so I don't think that's the problem.

Hit the home tab (first tab to the left), there is an extras tab and then a link for addresses. For some reason the Extras tab doesn't show up when you're reading a post, so you need to go to DG home first.
