I like his song beautiful deep voice so he died from stroke and other health problem so sad he is only 54 years old.

Yes he had been ill for a ouple years now. So sad for a young man. And your right he made beautiful music.

I am a big fan of Luther Vandross. I am so sorry to hear of his death. In my opinion, he was one of the top singers of our generation. He will be sadly missed. Praying for Luther and his family.

I feel a certain kinship to Luther Vandross because he said in an interview once that he never would have had a weight problem if Peanut Butter Captain Crunch hadn't been invented. At the time, that was my favorite snack, straight out of the box while I was watching TV.

He had a great voice and was a true gentleman. He will be missed.
