Nice article, but the movie was really cool. Wanda is a great lady. Congrats to her for making the news and being able to promote DG.

Wanda does things for others that does not make the news...what a great gal she is. And I too have some of her Iris....

How wonderful to come in this morning and find this thread, Wanda what a great job WOWOWOW what daylilies you have good job.

It just goes to show that DG is the place to be. I wore my shirt to a garden store and someone tapped my shoulder and whated to know all about DG website, you probably will have yet another new gardener to share info with.

Just found this thread myself. Would you believe they filmed for over an hour in the afternoon to do that piece & then came back at 10 pm to do the intro? Pretty funny.

Thank you, Dave for talking to the reporter. He was totally clueless but sweet. He asked me about how the local nuseries felt about me GIVING AWAY plants better than they sold. I'm not deluged with local Newbies, so I guess their business is in no danger.

wanda, i've used 3 of my photo-cards. Every recipient ohh and ahhd over them. I can't think of a more appropriate spokesperson to represent the best in DG. way to go!

Congratulations Wanda - so nice of you to be so very generous to others, myself included! You did a grand job but wish they would have shown more. It is very odd that they came back at night to do the intro. Good mention of Dave's Garden, too.

I think you make all nurseries more popular, not any negative effect: you create an interest where it may not have been that strong so the people you give to just go out and buy more and more.
