Hi, I am making a doily to sell on ebay. Do I have to have a paypal account? How much should I charge for the doily--it is a rose and pineapple doily--33" in dia unstarched. I will post a pic when I have finished it. How much does ebay take? Please, please someone help me out!!!! Thanks! Sandy

No- you do not need a Paypal account to sell on Ebay. You can dictate whatever terms you like regarding payment as long as you state them clearly in the auction.
As far as a selling price- what is your time worth? What are similar items going for?
Ebay charges an upfront insertion fee that varies according to what type of listing you use, then a final value fee after the item is sold.

Ebay has an extensive page of tutorials for first time sellers- you need to read everything thoroughly and understand it before you proceed.

The problem is that ebay has the most customers and the most likely chance that it will sell. You get what you pay for, I guess.
