MmmmmMMmmmmmMmmmmmmm! Cabana Boys!!! Are they cute?

I think your pics are so inviting Mel! I'll take a tropical drink or even a margarita and be just fine sitting out there. And your wall of pots isn't bad at all. I see so much organization going on there. Oh how I wish I was organized! Beautiful place Mel!

Mel, First off Very nice color on your Brug, purdy! Second, Beautiful yard, & the last.... You are in the same zone as I am, do you plant your Brugs in the ground for the growing season & dig them up in the winter? Or???? I have a bunch & really not sure what I should do with them. Right now they are just buried in the ground in their pots except for 2 white unkown ones & I planted them in the ground. Just curious what you do. This is my first year with any with size to them. (last years babies) Thank-x, Bj

Kell, Bleu was seen driving the get away car with the cabana boys. He was wearing sunglasses and had one of those umbrella drinks in his hand. It was also reported that there was a gator in the passenger side of the car.

Barb, the monkeys and elephants were hiding in the bushes. They are camera shy. Next time you come through Knoxville, I sure hope you will stop in for a visit! Hopefully, Susie will have returned my cabana boys by then.

Bj, I have the worst luck getting my ground planted Brugs to return in the spring. When they do, I am lucky to have a bloom or 2 before frost. I still plant a few in the ground every year and start a cutting to overwinter if it is a really special Brug. Last fall, I tried the method of cutting one Brug down below the Y and keeping it in a bucket of water through the winter. It really worked great and took up much less space plus it bloomed right away. For the most tho, I lug Brug pots in the garage and let them go dormant.

Thanks all for your nice comments.

I too will just leave them in pots sunk in the ground, I did plant a few in the ground just to see how they do, only one of those is an important one, the other 2 are unknown whites. That is interesting about cutting off below the "Y", I may try that with the ones that are in the ground. Thank-x Bj

For shame on Bleu. Stealing out cabana boys. Or maybe he was rescuing them from a fate worse than death. LOL.
