This is what we call modelling.... am just posing for the camera, not good at this art though. I wanted the words printed on the back of the T-shirt to be visible clearly. I'm so thrilled and happy to be wearing it, thanks to the Garden Angel[s] who gifted me that. I'm not minding the size that is a wee bit big for my frame. But it's okay. My friends raised a few eyebrows when they saw me wearing this and I was so proud to explain to them how it came to me. Look at my younger d hiding and peeking. Please notice the "Welcome to Dinu's Garden" sign hung from the arch frame on top of my head. Hope it is legible enough in this picture.

Oh, what a delight to see you in a DG shirt. Fabulous. We'd love to see a picture of your whole family, Dinu, if you could get them to not be so shy. :)
Ohhh and more pictures of your garden as well!
Looking good Dinu. Nice to put a face with a name. Your garden gate looks great too.
S-32,
I have taken a pic of the other three... dw and 2ds. Will post it soon. More pics.... I have to request my colleague to scan them for me and I have to remove them from my album after choosing. Will try.
Dinu, at least you didn't have to run to try to beat the camera timer for this one. You look great in the T-shirt and how nice of the Garden Angel (s) to be sure that you received one. It is so wonderful to have gardening friends around the world. Your daughter is a cutie. Yes, let us see more of your family and your garden.
That is awesome Dinu!! I have to ask, do you where it out in public and do you have to explain it? I catch people reading mine but they don't ask. LOL If anybody holds still long enough, you bet I tell them too!
Oh yes, I wear it out to the market place and everywhere and I notice people's eyes curiously coming down on the logo, but most of them [being strangers] have preferred not to ask. Since it was the summer month, I got frequent chances to wear when I went out.

I have a Special Needs Dobermans T-shirt I wore to a dog show in Augusta. Wandering around the Dobe people getting ready a woman saw my t-shirt and asked I would hold her girl while she attended to some other dog show minutia. I got to be the hitching post for a show dog because of my t-shirt. I didn't catch the judging because we wanted to see the GSPs and our friend Ann, who gave us Sapphire and Bosco was showing Chihuahuas. DW drags me to garden centers almost every weekend. Guess I need a DG shirt.
Interesting, Frankay.
You are a very nice looking man - thanks for sharing!
What a handsome bunch of men, Dinu! Do each of your friends wives have to chase the ladies away? Thanks for the picture.
Ha ha haaaa. Thanks.
Great pictures Dinu!! I love it! A DG t-shirt in India! A DGer in India, how cool is that?
Would love to see more of the garden.
And that is a bunch of great looking guys there, and the background is just beautiful.
Any future plans to visit the U.S. and some some fellow DGers here? I've seen some of your other photos as well, they are always very beautiful and interesting. Thank you for sharing.
That's one of the great things about Dave's , is gardeners from all over the world.
Makes me feel lucky and proud.
ah, the tales of the T..i love it.....
I love it too, we're going global! Lalalalalalala.
Thanks. Yea, I'm privileged to be a member here - thankful to all the Angels responsible - for just over six years! It's been one of the best things that has happened to me in my life for a host of things. It's has made me what I am. I have learnt so much from here, known great people, had wonderful seed trades .......... and so on.
Dinu, you've made other peoples lives special as well. I'm sure that is why your "Angels" stay by your side every year.
Dinu, thanks for the pictures! You look great in your DG shirt... What kind of a flower is that in the picture? It's beautiful. DG is a wonderful place for all of us... so many friends, and so much we learn from each other.
It's beautiful!
In many of my pictures this Mussaenda in bloom will be seen as it is quite showy. I had bought it some 8 years back, but one year of watering... it was not showing any growth signs. I had almost removed and thrown it but for seeing some new growth at the tips when it was just 2 feet tall. I let it grow and showed some patience. Now I am getting perpetual reward. I bought a white early this year, but it never survived more than a month.
Does your pink one have a nice fragrance? I see that the flowers are actually very small, like a poinsettia.
More of colour and almost nil fragrance. Yes, the flowers are yellow and small.
Very cool, Dinu,
It's nice to see you in your Davey Wear!
:-) Karen Marie
MmmmmHmmmm, thanks Karen.
