Refreshing Page

I have found that almost every page I visit I need to refresh at least once, sometimes up to 4-5 times before I get all the information showing. usuall it will only show the Dave's Garden pic at the top and the name of the page I am accessing.

Are there some options I need to adjust on my browser? I have cable modem so speed shouldn't be the problem.
