Having trouble posting pictures??

I have downloaded the Irfanview that GardenWife has posted to use. I am resizing my pictures to 640x480 and I still can't post. Is anybody else having trouble today posting pictures? Or is it just me. Also it seem that DG is running a little slower then usual.

Hi.. it took me 3 tries to upload a photo to PF just a few minutes ago. Maybe it is just extra heavy usage right now? I finally got mine to go but think I'll wait till later to try any more. I'm not trying to answer your question with any authority but I did want to let you know you are not alone. :-)
