** Hamburgers and fancy sausages will be provided - a collection will be taken that day to cover the cost.
** Bring your own beverage.
** Those traveling long distance can bring paper goods -- plates, cups, etc. -- instead of a side dish. Please let me know so I can add those to the menu, too.

Roadrunner and jcangemi will make sure all chocolate goods pass muster.

Rusty56 - BBQ chicken wings , salmon cakes and/or carrot cake. And 2 cases of Aquafina water bottles!

George - potato salad

Naien - vegetarian fare (Thai mashed potatoes?)

Dovey - hummus and pita bread

jcangemi - 'Choclava'

SoCal - Top Ramen slaw and broccoli salad, watermelon

jtspeaks - Dad's potato salad

drdon - 2 salads (1 w/shrimp), peaches & plums, drink mixers, ice, bottled water, lemons & limes

hanna1 - plates & napkins; Scharffenberger chocolate

kaperc - goat cheese thingys, veggie sticks + ? chocolate

Chuck1260 - linguica and Swiss sausage

kateliza_id - cassava cake

i've been lurking and checking the menu DAILY. i feel so silly =).

I was wondering if I needed to chip in some $$ to help pay for the meat or paper plates, etc?
Please let me know how I can help and who is handeling the money donations

I will be bringing some salads. A Top Ramen slaw and broccoli salad.

Do we know who will take care of all the fixing's for the hamburgers and sausages? How about the paper products? You might want to give this idea to someone who is coming a long way, or who doesn't cook.

Also, you might want to start asking the people who are coming ,that haven't posted yet, what they want to bring. I think it would be easier for some people to know what still needs to be brought.

P.S I have been dieting this month so that I will be ready! Nothing meaner....ummmm...I mean LEANER than a chocolate fiend that has been deprived of the stuff for about a month!

I will bring a large pot of my fathers Potato Salad.....
and see what other goodies I can think of........

A roundup is not a place to diet Lol.

To offset the preponderance of carbohydrates, Pam has volunteered to make a large grilled shrimp caesar salad and I'll be making a parsley,basil, walnut, gorgonzola salad with a balsamic vinaigrette. So we are now providing Ice, cocktail mixers, a couple of salads, a couple of cases of bottled water and a ranch full of dogs and horsies...lol.

kaperc, please adjust our contributions as needed thank you. We will also provide our fruit trees for fresh peaches and plums.

Just so you know, Jo loves her chocolate and she now says she like shrimp too....just don't bring out any RICE of any kind. This lady does not like rice of any kind and she will let you know about it too. lol

I had a salad last night at a restaurant that was similar to yours above. It had lettuce, grilled chicken, gorgonzola, walnuts with a very yummy Balsamic vinaigrette. It was wonderful.

Peaches and plums are my favorite summer fruits. I sure wish I had the room to have fruit trees. I can't even fit in a dwarf fruit tree. lol

Cotes D'or, the best in the world, I must apologize but I ate up the last of about 4 lbs about 1 week ago, LOL LOL LOL, and dang it was sooooo good, and I hated having to share some with DH, He loves great CHOCOLATE as well
