San Diego Round Up Part II

Hi everyone!

It is official! We will be having this event at the ranch of drdon in Temecula. Many thanks to Don and his wife Pam.
Start time 10 am.

About food

We were thinking hamburgers and fancy sausages and then everyone bringing a side dish.

Bring your own beverage.

(and if you want roadrunner to be friendly-bring chocolate LOL)

Written instructions to the ranch: Temecula, CA.

Take the I-15 north or south from your location. Exit is Rancho California road. Turn east. Follow Rancho California road approximately five miles. You'll pass a bunch of vineyards. When you get to Anza road turn right. The first left hand marked road is Los Nogales....turn left and follow Los Nogales to the end of the road. If you have bad brakes you'll run right into the ranch....lol. Frogsrus can give the telephone number by email. For those requiring a map. I'll be faxing or snailing one to frogsrus forthwith.

Drdon...will you private email us your address so we can Mapquest a printed copy for the car? I.....unfortunately....am a "maybe" at this point, but hope things will go my way and I will be able to attend. Don...I will come I-5 south from Central CA.....

I'm gonna love that Pam! I am so excited...I know my blood pressure has shot up 20 points!!

We'll be coming from Imperial Beach...of which I know nothing!! Looking forward to meeting so many new people...and seeing some of you again!!

You probably were wondering where the 1260 came from, not. Well I will tell you anyway. I figured a long time ago that there couldn't possibly be more than 1259 chucks that would join a particular forum, service, ebay, email address, so ever since then I have used the same monicker. Never had a problem being rejected since then

My first daughter was born in '61 so I am definitely in the geezer class. We are having our forty-fifth high school class reunion this year in San Luis Obispo. Both my wife and I graduated in 1960.

naien, I think I'm following you around these forums right now. hehe I just posted to both of your other posts about your bulbs and the plants you would like to have.

You sign up right here and Janice will put you on the list. She will be posting some more information this weekend, regarding the food, etc.

I have hosted 2 of these RU's at my home in the past 2 years, and we had a great time. It was nice to finally meet so many of the local members and we all went home with some nice plants from our gardens.

If you have any questions about any of this, just ask, ok.

I bring some alot of BBQ chicken wings , salmon cakes and carrot cake...
Maybe I bring 2 cases of waters if need.
