Editing a post

I just discovered that when I edit a post more than once, I can delete the first edit line so it doesn't look like I have no idea what I'm doing. :) Well, it's obvious that I didn't know what I was doing once, but if I make a mistake more than once, the whole DG community doesn't know about it.

Is this something new, or have we always been able to do that and I just figured it out?

been there as long as I've been here, I think! :) Use that little feature all the time in editing the RU food thread and plant wants and haves. Sure cleans up the post, doesn't it?

Yep, nice isn't it? When you edit a post it pays to scroll down past the ending and delete the "edited" notations. A lot of folks probably never get past the line they want to edit and don't see that.
