Country Listings

I was looking over the list of # of members by country (nearly out of curiosity how many ppl are here from tiny countries), and noticed something -
A few of the listings have (### members), but no country listed. Two or three fall into this category.

The first one (579 members) is Canada, and it should be dropped from the Country list since each province has its own total and link to a browse-able list.

I don't know about the second one (which has 6 members) - perhaps it's where people have changed their country field to blank (although I'm prety sure more than six members have an incomplete country field.)

Those of us who are far from perfect may enjoy seeing who all ended up in "USA Minor Outlying Islands." :) I got a particular chuckle out of Missouri being an island. Texas I can understand but Missouri?

Looks like the bug was fixed all but the one "country" directly below Honduras.
