I know that the DG newsletter for the night DST went into effect was lost, but I only got one more after that and then stopped receiving them. The checkmark is still in the box on my preferences page, so it hasn't bounced and been automatically unsubscribed. I can access them on the Extras page, unlike the one that was lost, so I know they exist.
Is anyone else having trouble getting the Newsletter?

I haven't gotten a newsletter in my email since March 30th!! :( I too, still have the box on the information page checked to keep recieving it, and don't know who to contact or where to post about it. I'm frustrated.

The mail logs say that your mail provider did accept your newsletter from us last night at 2:34:14am ET. It is probably in your bulk/spam folder.
ZuZu, yours was bounced. When the system sent you the newsletter at 2:51:31, your mail provider responded by saying: "User unknown".

Thanks.....it WAS in my spam folder. So far gmail has been great handling my spam mail, nothing went there that wasn't supposed to, so I stopped checking that folder. I don't know why the sudden change, but thanks again for looking at that!
I'm happy to help! Make sure that you mark it as "Not Spam" when you take it out of the spam folder, and that should fix it from now on.

Dave, my provider insists it's nowhere in the mail logs and says he wants to resolve the matter but can't do that unless you send a copy of the bounced newsletter to support@ap.net.
I don't know how much trouble this entails and I do know you're a busy man, so if it's too much trouble I will understand and I'll simply access the newsletter directly on the DG site each day.

Yahoo successfully accepted your newsletter. If you didn't get it, then it was swallowed by your spam folder.

Dave, I didn't get last night's newsletter, but that was because I had been automatically unsubscribed and hadn't renewed the checkmark, so that was something I should have fixed before midnight. I'm sure I'll get it tonight.
My provider gave me a highly sophisticated explanation about a mail filtering system that rejects mail if the HELO name does not match the reverse DNS. That probably means a lot more to you than to me, but he overrode it in my case and I shouldn't have any more e-mail problems (until the next sophisticated filter comes along).

Yes, your provider gave me the same email. I told him he shouldn't be returning a "User unknown" error because of a little DNS mis-match. He agreed and committed to changing their process.
I also fixed the DNS issue on my side, in case any other ISPs are picky about this.
Anyway, let me know if you get it tonight.

Oh dear, didn't you know about the daily newsletter? It's wonderful. I didn't know about it either until a while after I joined. Click on MyInfo, click on Preferences, and request the newsletter. It makes my day.

Another way to get the newsletter is by going to Extras up at the top on your Home Page, scroll down to the newsletter links....you can read it online or get it by email.

I have been checking my bulk(spam) mail almost daily and have never saw the DG newsletter there. Hasn't been there for months now..... :(
I will contact my email provider and I'll LYK what they say.
I am using Outlook 2003 and just subscribed to two of the newsletters on April 4th. I received both newsletters on the 5th but on the 6th or 7th one of the newsletters automatically ended up in my junk email folder. With the newsletter opened , went to the "actions" tab there is a 'junk email' choice.Once there I selected "add sender's domain to safe senders list". Hope this will be of help if anyone else has this problem.
