I have been unable to load it today, though I can access prior issues.

Is it just me? :)

No, it isn't just you. I didn't get it at the stroke of midnight last night, as I usually do, but I also noticed some problems with Daylight Saving Time. Dave's Garden apparently fell back instead of springing forward at one point, so that it was two hours behind by the time DLS kicked in on the West Coast.

Yes, DST must have caused that. It is probable that the hour in which the newsletter was to be sent was also the hour that disappeared thanks to our friends at NIST. (Programmers curse DST)
