questions on ebay

I don't know if this is the right forum, didn't know where to put it.

Does ebay let you know by email when something comes up for auction that your wanting to buy if you tel it to, and if so, How do you tell it to send you an email if your wanting to know when something is listed?

You have to do a "saved search" and set up e-mail notifications in your preferences.

The saved search is for a key word or group of key words in quotation marks.

The system will e-mail you when new items fitting those words are listed. The only disadvantage is variation in spelling or wording, etc.

yes it helps alot, doing this now, I also found that I can send buyers that are looking for a certain plant an email letting them know I have it, and visa versa, found this out when I was searching for that other plant I was looking for, that is so cool, thanks so much. Learning every day
