When you think about it, you see lots of grammatical errors on websites. You hardly notice them unless it is a pet peeve. I guess that's why this one stuck out for me.

I know what you mean. I am a proofreader for a living and I am constantly correcting signs, memos, websites, novels. Drives my hubby batty, but you better believe he has good grammar now!
