Messy but happy

Allan's been getting a little cereal lately...trying to get him used to it. He only gets a tiny bit because most of it he spits out accidentally...but he's learning. He doesn't really seem to mind being messy :)

He's come a long way from his preemie days! You'd never know now. I think one leg is a slight bit longer than the other, but they say that's sometimes normal and will correct itself....usually. He's doing a lot better on his sleeping now too. And, he just started laughing out loud the other day! Not all the time, but once in awhile he'll just bust out with a laugh and it's so funny :)

Jon, I thought about Allan just now when I saw a report on NBC4 news. A little premie girl came home from the hospital for the first time since her birth. She weighed 11oz. at birth! She now weighs 7lbs. I don't remember her age now.

Yeah I remember a report recently where the smallest one ever that they knew survived was no heavier than a pop can when born and is going home now. Maybe that's the same one :) It's amazing.

I cannot get over how much Allan looks just like dad! I sure hope you don't get so messy when you eat. :)

:P Nope - I got over that awhile ago :)

LOL Are you working hard this morning?

Boring but somewhat contentious conference call at 10 this morning regarding voice over IP will make up for it :) (the guys in Europe already implemented a VoIP phone system and aggravated the management...even though my group should have been involved and the IT group in the US in general...)
