question about single quotes in PF

I added the other day a Paph Winston Churchill to the PF. I probably should have entered it differently? I wrote it without single quotes, which is the correct way. But it appeared in single quotes. How do I avoid single quotes next time?

When the cultivar field is populated, that information will appear with single quotes around it. If you have an entry that needs editing, please find the page and while you're viewing it, find the red "report an error" button at the top of the page. Click on that link and use the text box to tell us what needs to be fixed; the system will record a link to that page so our editors can backtrack easily ;o)
