Seattle, WA(Zone 8b)

Makshi was the name of my first dog as a child.....my aunt by marriage (Black Foot) gave me the name. She was a honey colored cocker.....so honeybee fit nicely.
Congrates on a new name :-)

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

That is interesting. My Great Grandmother was Indian but unfortunatly I don't know anything about her. I wish I could find out something. I don't even know what tribe she was from. The only thing I know is her last name and I am going to have to check the spelling (Maccon).

Ottawa, ON(Zone 5a)

Do you mean Indian from India? Is it Punjabi? They have over 1000 languages there. Well wherever it's from, it's a really neat name. Good choice! :-)

I was at the first post, trying to figure out what it could be. My first thought was Make Shift, but that was too easy. Had no idea it would be an Indian name. This is going to take some getting used to. Congrats on the new name.
