DG a "Very Useful Website" in Bottom Line magazine

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Neat-o! Bottom Line Personal magazine finally gave us the nod. If you're not familiar with this nifty newsletter, Bottom Line/Personal "...has a readership of well over a million readers every month and is among the most widely read newsletters ever published. It covers the hot topics of investment advice... raising children... buying and selling a home... building careers... and much, much more." (I added the bolded text ;o) Since they accept no advertising, their recommendations are generally viewed as unbiased and highly credible.

In their 2/15/2005 issue, they singled us out as a "Very Useful Website" for garden planning (no other gardening websites were mentioned.) Here's what they said: "User-friendly guide to more than 88,000 plants and 3,6000 mail-order merchants. davesgarden.com"

Here's a link to their website: http://www.bottomlinesecrets.com/ (I don't think they necessarily publish the same thing online as they do in their newsletter, so you may not find this information in there....but I'm guessing some of their 1 MM readers will find us.)

That is too cool. Did you also see it mentioned on Select Seeds front cover?

Richmond Hill, GA(Zone 8b)

THAT is really great, Terry! :-)

Congratulations. This honor was not achieved easily I'm sure. You and Dave, and all those who contribute to & monitor this site have much to be proud of.

Fort Pierce, FL(Zone 10a)

Of course WE knew that all along! *grin* But it makes all of us so proud to see the efforts of "Dave & Company" recognized. Now is the time for all of you to take a bow!!

I agree with everyone. All of us at Dave's Garden have so much to be proud of. And I am very proud to be a member of such a great site and such a great group of people. Thanks Dave and everyone else who contribute to this site.
