New Banner problems

I love the new banner, but maybe it is just me and my puter. Since it went up I have been having problems waiting for the pages to load and when they finally do it says this page not available, refresh.

I have dial up, but had it before and never had a problem. Is anybody else having this problem?

Sorry if I have posted in the wrong section. Still learning what some sections are about.

There are other problems other than the banner...Dave is working on the server and it's causing things to slow down. I feel when he gets the server situation under control, you won't have a problem with the banner. Hang in there and bear with us...we're all in the same situation.
