I WENT OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Springboro, OH(Zone 6a)

This may not seem overly exciting to most of you, but I went outside and messed in the mud today :) My girls have been sick for 2 weeks and it's been snowy and icky. BUT, today is fabulously gorgeous and I cut back grasses, picked up old leaf junk, stuck my hands in muddy mulch, saw sedum "nubbies" breaking through the cold ground, and looked at the lovely little buds forming on my trees. Ahhhhhhhh......I love dirt and all things green :)

LOL, I'm with you, I went outside too. I didn't play in anything but I checked everything out. It is sooo nice out today. I love the sunshine...

Yippee!!!! I feel like a school kid just after recess :) I'm opening all the windows today, too, to let fresh AIR in!!! :) C'mon Spring.................................

My backdoor is open and the "older" girls are playing outside with hoolahoops :) I know what the silly groundhog said, but I'm still really excited for warmer weather. Winter is a little tough on outdoor folks as it is, but a NEWBORN in the winter makes it doubly difficult to get out. Joy will just adore the dirt and flowers, though, when the warm weather does arrive and all morning gets spent up playing in the sunshine :)

So good for Hannah and Sarah Grace to get outside today:) Poor little things have been so drippy-nosed and have had such horrid-sounding coughs that they couldn't play in the most recent snow. Now the ground is just all cold and muddy. Thankfully we have a substantial driveway and there's more sidewalk than last spring :) They're running all around and yelling out there :) Thank the Good Lord for a bright, sunny day! Yippee!!!
