Where's the edit button?

I understand that there is supposed to be an edit button but I can't find it anywhere. Someone said that it shows up under her name but it doesn't show up there or on the right or on the bottom for me. I am sending some very short messages because I can't edit what I've already put on. Could you help me? :-)

Doss, when you come back to this thread and read this message look at your name above, does it not have edit below it? The message has to be posted before you will see the edit. The edit just shows up on your own post, you will not see the edit on anybody elses post.

Thanks Mystic, it's there, just tiny. My eyes are not so good. I totally missed it and I looked and looked. Even this time, I had a hard time. But no more, thanks to my Uber friend.

It makes me feel better - but I'm wearing my glasses! They need to be changed and I'm just looking for frames - therefore I'm "eye-challenged" temporarily. I'm off tomorrow to look some more. My face doesn't fit the fashion I'm afraid. But thanks for the kind words.
