Super Bowl.. AnyBody Going??

Any word yet on Matt's arrival? We drove around the perimater yesterday, looked very well policed and organized. They have campgrounds set up in the industrial area downtown. I couldn't believe how close togeather they could park those huge Coach-homes. There are 3 huge liners at Jacksport and several private Yachts here and there. The public can have a meal on a cruise ship for $20+.
The fireworks downtown were so powerful I turned down the TV to detect where the ruckus was coming from. I'm roughly 3-4 miles from the epicenter, lol.

Well since the Redskins are not there it might as well go to the NFC. At least it's in the family that way. Plus I like to see a team in there that has not been before.

Ooooh, nine minutes until game day! ;) I'm more psyched about the company we're having over than any game. LOL And...I'm making shredded chicken sandwiches and some mango salsa. That last one is something I'm trying - love the stuff at Applebee's and I figured out what's in it tonight when we ate there.

GW, mango salsa sounds yummy! Let me know how it turns out, and a recipe if it's really tasty!

I always root for the underdog.

i dont know - i woke up yesterday feeling like an eagles fan - after going out yesterday and seeing the 'fever' i'm leaning more towards routing for the birds, espec. since they're still the underdogs. im hoping that T.O. can score a TD so we can all see andy reid in tights....but whatever happens, the eagles have a good 5 yrs to go with this present team including this yrs picks. the pats, on the other hand have done more than anyone ever expected once free agency started. and this year might be it for them since they're losing their head off. and def. coordinators. hmmmm - back on the fence, am i? in any case, i'll enjoy the game which ever way it goes.

Sugarweed I heard from Matt around Noon today!! They were having a GREAT time! He said it was COLD at night but they were not letting that bother them!!!

This sure is a SLOPPY game so far! I hope they all settle down quick so we can see a good game!!!

The fireworks are so loud we can hear them from here. So sorry that the Eagles lost, but was a fantastic game and Jacksonville really was well accepted after some national sports writers picked us apart.
I could have set em straight, after all I picked Jacksonville to retire to.

I want to congratulations to the Patriots and thier fans. I know you must be very proud. I didn't know who to root for, because my cowboys (go ahead...laugh) were not there.

i am so proud of the pats for making the history books. brady is such a great q-back! and i'm also proud of the birds who kept the game to 3. definitely a good superbowl!

wow did it look cold at the game-what the heck i thought it was warm in FL!

I just wanted to let you guy's know that my son (MATT) arrived home VERY EARLY this morning! I don't think I need to tell anyone that he had a SUPER time even though the home team lost.
