How about a "Submit" button above each details entry in PF?

I've been working a bit each day on entering details in the PlantFiles, and have noticed that certain details (like Propagation) are so long that I must scroll to the bottom to submit my entry/entries.

Could we have a submit button also located at the top of each of the detail entry pages? Or at least on the longer ones?
