WOW am I EXCITED

Lewiston, CA(Zone 7b)

Wow! Your's is way ahead of mine! Nice color, I like the peaches & oranges.
Sorry you are under the weather, this must make you feel a bit better tho?!
I took a couple of pics of the buds & like Scoot said, you can see the bloom in there when it's aginst the sun. Her is the one that is fartherest along. & the next one is the one right behind. It IS exciting!

& the next in line, there were 11 blooms now I only see 9. I did open one of the small ones that fell off, it's very interesting looking small & green. These probably will be white. Here's another "sonogram", Scoot!

Bjs ,
See the difference between your sonogram & mine?
Yours has a longer way to go .
It will move to the end of the calyx (slowly) before the calyx starts to split open and allows the emerging bud to descend and finally begin to bloom.
"Now breathe " lol

I can't stay out of that room. That is "Boat stuff" behind that Brug. We emptied out the boat in that room & now the plant has sprawled all over so there it sits!
I can't wait to see it bloom. My luck I'll be at work!

well I think maybe she has reached her peak, she is starting to wilt at the ends, but still lovely, and still smells heavenly for about three hours in the evening

Blooms generally last 4 or 5 days, sometimes much longer in the winter where it is cool. Can't you just imagine the fragrance when you have a plant with 50 or more blooms on it? You are going to love summer, Doris. LOL!!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

She is beautiful Doris. Your Maya will have lots of flowers this year.

Way to go Doris -- I hope you're feeling better. My DH has had the flu and been miserable this week. Sure has kept me busy tending to him...

Well although the edges of the curls are slightly brown she is still as fresh as ever, I guess she is happy and doesn't want to leave, that makes 2 of us :)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I had two buds left on MM that is rooted and sitting in water. One of them is showing the tendrils. Can't wait to see how dark it is in the house. I can say for sure that it is much smaller than normal, but shoot, it is getting absolutely no nutrients. I'm lucky that it put up some buds.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

Brugie be sure to show us, I never thought I would be this excited over plants LOL

Lewiston, CA(Zone 7b)

I can hardly wait for summer! I can't decide if I wat to put them all in one area of my yard or spread them around! I have a huge yard to sprawl in!
Keep wishin for an early spring like last year!
Bj PS My Brug bud has not bloomed yet, there is only the 2 large ones left all the others have dropped off. I'm hoping these at least bloom out. Rats!
