I will post this on the computer forum, but wanted it here, as I never go there and assume that many folks don't.
This program allows you to talk to run the computer, instead of using painful paws to do it with the keyboard.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I can give you a phone number to a center that uses it and someone could answer your questions. It is part of the rehabilitation program at Univ of Memphis. LMK
